Wrongful Termination
Do you think you were fired without cause?
If you were recently fired and are questioning the legality of your termination, the attorneys at Jackson Spencer can help you.
Texas is an employment-at-will state. That generally means an employer can terminate an employee for any reason at any time. For example, employers can fire employees who have personality disputes with a manager or who refuse to relocate or accept a different position. However, sometimes a seemingly lawful reason for termination may be a cover-up for an illegal or wrongful termination.
