In law and in life, Veronica Harte is a lawyer driven by a deep sense of justice. She believes everyone deserves to be treated fairly, and she’s dedicated to helping those who have been wronged in the workplace.
Veronica champions individuals in employment disputes, including wrongful-termination litigation involving claims of workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation. She focuses her practice on employment litigation, as well as related pre-litigation matters and mediations.
In front of judges and juries, Veronica is a passionate advocate who relishes the chance to take on powerful corporations and hold them accountable for their actions. She builds strong relationships with clients and takes pride in her ability to connect with them and relate to their experiences and challenges.
The running theme in Veronica’s personal and professional life has been a commitment to helping others and sticking up for the underdog. That’s why she chose to become a lawyer and why she has focused on employment law.
Veronica chose Jackson Spencer Law because of the firm’s selective focus and contingency-fee structure, which allows individuals to leverage the firm’s resources and legal firepower to stand up against powerful corporate employers.
Veronica graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in French. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M University College of Law where she was a member of the Mock Trial team.
