Legal Support You Can Count On
After graduating from Stanford University and UCLA School of Law, Eli served as a Trial Attorney in the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps and later as a Staff Attorney with the Federal Trade Commission. He advised leaders on employment law, conducted workplace investigations, and prosecuted unfair business practices before entering private practice.
Today, Eli represents employees in discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and other workplace disputes. Having previously advised employers and investigated workplace issues from the inside, he understands how employment decisions are made, and how to uncover the evidence when those decisions violate the law. Eli believes that when people have been treated unfairly at work, they deserve an attorney who will listen carefully, prepare thoroughly, and advocate relentlessly on their behalf. Fluent in English and Spanish, Eli believes every worker deserves to be treated with dignity, honesty and respect, and that language should never be a barrier to justice. He has devoted his career to standing beside individuals facing powerful institutions and is a zealous advocate for employees seeking to hold employers accountable.
