Allayna Ford has devoted much of her legal career to standing up for individuals facing discrimination and harassment in the workplace, and she is committed to ensuring that those silenced or overlooked by powerful institutions have their voices heard. That includes workers in a range of employment categories, including federal workers and those employed by businesses of all sizes and categories.

Allayna earned her law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. While in law school, she served as Chief in the Civil Consumer Legal Clinic, was active in mock trial competitions, and was inducted into the campus Barrister Society. She graduated cum laude from Abilene Christian University with a degree in History.

In her free time, Allayna enjoys watching college football, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
