Jackson Spencer Law’s Jennifer Spencer has been named to the 2021 list of Texas Super Lawyers for her work in Employment Litigation: Plaintiff and Employment & Labor: Employee. This year marks her 13th appearance on the exclusive list of outstanding Texas attorneys.
“I’m grateful to my colleagues in the Texas bar who voted for me,” Ms. Spencer said. “But I’m even more grateful to the clients who trust us to handle such delicate work on their behalf. They’re the reason I get out of bed in the morning.”
Both an experienced trial lawyer and a CPA, Ms. Spencer is known for an aggressive, organized, and highly effective litigation style. She is a champion for the rights of employees who have been treated unfairly, unethically or illegally in the workplace, and employs her more than three decades of experience to work toward a successful outcome.
The Super Lawyers recognition is the latest honor Ms. Spencer has received. In August, she was named to the Best Lawyers in America list and in May she was named to D Magazine’s list of the Best Lawyers in Dallas. In addition, since 1997, she has been rated AV-Preeminent by the peer-ranking service Martindale-Hubbell.
The Super Lawyers selection process begins with nominations, followed by independent research, peer evaluation and a final selection. The list consists of no more than five percent of all eligible lawyers in Texas.
