Jackson Spencer Law Recognized by Best Law Firms 2025 for Excellence in Employment Law

We are proud to announce that Jackson Spencer Law has once again been selected by Best Law Firms for their work in employment law and employment litigation.

Best Law Firms 2025“At Jackson Spencer Law, we’re passionate about ensuring employees have a voice and their rights are protected,” said Jennifer Spencer, the firm’s managing partner. “We’re honored by this recognition as one of the Best Law Firms in the U.S. It reflects our steadfast commitment to providing exceptional legal representation and fighting for employee justice.”

Best Law Firms employs a multi-step selection process to compile their annual list of the top firms. To be considered for the list, the firm must have at least one attorney on that year’s Best Lawyers in America list. This year, both Ms. Spencer and Neal Bridges were recognized by Best Lawyers.

Jackson Spencer Law’s entire team has made it their mission to advocate for the rights of employees who have been treated wrongfully in the workplace. This includes representing employees who have been subject to discrimination or retaliation, wrongfully terminated, owed overtime and back pay, and many other types of employment law cases.

In June, the firm filed a lawsuit against Starbucks Corporation in federal court in Seattle on behalf of Dion Johnson, a U.S. Army veteran. The lawsuit alleges that Johnson was discriminated against and retaliated against for his sex, veteran status, and taking parental leave. During one exchange after his termination, one of Johnson’s supervisors told him, “Maybe having a kid wasn’t the best choice for you.”

In July, Jackson Spencer Law filed a pregnancy discrimination and retaliation lawsuit against Trinity Services Group, Inc. and TKC Holdings, Inc. on behalf of Sherri Denise Collins of Houston. The defendants, which provide food services to correctional institutions, refused to honor Collins’ request for an accommodation, resulting in the tragic miscarriages of her infant son and daughter.
