For the eighth year, Jackson Spencer Law has been recognized on the 2022 list of “Best Law Firms,” published by Best Lawyers® and U.S. News & World Report.

Jackson Spencer Law’s Jennifer Spencer has been named to the 2021 list of Texas Super Lawyers for her work in Employment Litigation: Plaintiff and Employment & Labor: Employee. This year marks her 13th appearance on the exclusive list of outstanding Texas attorneys.

While the media has been focused on surging cases of the Delta variant throughout Texas, two stellar pieces of legislation slipped under the radar that have impacted sexual harassment claims in Texas. As of September 1, two new laws that stand to dramatically affect victims of workplace sexual harassment went into effect.
