For the eighth year, Jackson Spencer Law has been recognized on the 2022 list of “Best Law Firms,” published by Best Lawyers® and U.S. News & World Report.

Inclusion on the list is determined by the results of a multi-step process that includes a nomination and review phase. For a firm to be considered, it must have at least one attorney on that year’s The Best Lawyers in America© list. For 2022, Jackson Spencer Law founder Jennifer Spencer was named to the list; additionally, M. Neal Bridges was selected to the publication’s “Ones to Watch” list.
The attorneys at Jackson Spencer Law have made it their mission to advocate for employees who have been treated wrongfully in the workplace, from discrimination and harassment to retaliation and wrongful termination, they have handled a spectrum of matters for those seeking justice. In response to the pandemic, the firm expanded its services to provide counseling to out-of-work employees struggling with unemployment claims.
Furthermore, the combination of the pandemic, the #MeToo movement, and the raising awareness of systemic racism has made individuals far more conscious of their rights, both in the workplace and out. Because of that increase in demand for their services, the firm recently hired three new employment attorneys.
The Jackson Spencer Law attorneys continue to monitor the employment landscape, and frequently write on issues related to American workers, including the overwhelming disparity in severance pay and Texas’ new sexual harassment laws.
