Employee rights advocate and Jackson Spencer Law founder Jennifer Spencer has been selected to the 2019 Texas Super Lawyers list for her work in plaintiff’s employment litigation. This year marks Ms. Spencer’s eleventh anniversary appearing on the list of the top attorneys in Texas.
This recognition follows her selection to The Best Lawyers in America last month, for which she was included for her work in commercial litigation. Ms. Spencer, who blogs frequently on harassment and discrimination matters in the workplace, is also a certified public accountant.
“I’m thrilled to be on these two lists for two separate areas of the law,” said Ms. Spencer. “Employment matters are extremely personal, yet so closely tied to business, that it’s important to know how to navigate the employer side to get the best possible outcome for your client.”
Ms. Spencer represents individuals from all walks of life, and handles matters from severance negotiations to high-profile harassment disputes.
“I was blessed have her on my side,” said one client. Through the entire length of the case she was in constant contact with me. In the final day of my case she won, and all the stress and anxiousness that comes with it was lifted!”
The Super Lawyers selection process begins with nominations, followed by independent research, peer evaluation and a final selection. The list consists of no more than five percent of all eligible lawyers in Texas.
