Jennifer Spencer, founder of Jackson Spencer Law, has been named to the annual list of Texas Super Lawyers. Her appearance on the 2020 list marks her 12th year of selection.
“This recognition comes at such a crucial moment in our collective histories,” Ms. Spencer said. “So many people are turning to us because their livelihoods have been dramatically altered. It’s an honor to have received this award, but even more of an honor that American workers trust us with their futures every day.”
Following the launch of practice areas specifically to assist employees with pandemic-related issues, clients have commented on her and her firm’s dedication to achieving justice for their clients, even when the decks are stacked against them.
One client recently wrote,
“I highly recommend Jackson Spencer as an employment attorney firm. Often times, it is difficult to fight against deep-pocket organizations when you have been treated unfairly regardless the position you are in. Through their tireless efforts and expertise in employment law… I have now landed on my feet and [am] already back to work [in] an executive position.”
Both an experienced trial lawyer and a CPA, Ms. Spencer is known for an aggressive, organized, and highly effective litigation style. She is a champion for the rights of employees who have been treated unfairly, unethically or illegally in the workplace, and employs her more than three decades of experience to work toward a successful outcome.
The Super Lawyers recognition is the latest honor Ms. Spencer has received. She was also named to The Best Lawyers in America list in August.
The Super Lawyers selection process begins with nominations, followed by independent research, peer evaluation and a final selection. The list consists of no more than five percent of all eligible lawyers in Texas.
