Jackson Spencer Law is pleased to welcome Allayna Ford and Areesha Hemani as the newest members of the firm’s growing legal team.
Both attorneys are firmly committed to advocating for fairness and justice in the workplace and will represent clients in employment disputes, including claims of discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination.
“We are proud to welcome Areesha and Allayna, two talented young attorneys with valuable skills and a passion for justice,” said managing partner Jennifer Spencer. “They share our commitment to standing up for employees whose voices might otherwise go unheard, and we’re thrilled to have them join our team.”
Allayna joins the firm with a background focused on representing individuals who have faced discrimination and harassment in the workplace. She is a 2024 graduate of SMU Dedman School of Law, where she served as Chief in the Civil Consumer Legal Clinic, was active in mock trial competitions, and was inducted into the campus Barrister Society.
Areesha is a 2025 graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law, where she distinguished herself on the mock trial team and as a regional finalist in both the ABA Arbitration Competition and the Student Trial Advocacy Competition.
With the addition of Areesha and Allayna, Jackson Spencer Law strengthens its ongoing mission to protect employees’ rights and promote fairness in workplaces across Texas and beyond.
