Once again, D Magazine has selected Jennifer Spencer to its list of the Best Lawyers in Dallas for her work in labor and employment law.

Selection to Best Lawyers in Dallas is based on a preliminary nominations process followed by an independent review by D Magazine’s editors and a panel of Dallas attorneys.
To keep the community apprised of issues affecting individuals in the workplace, Ms. Spencer and her colleagues at Jackson Spencer Law publish articles about employee rights; recently, they shared important information on the Ending Forced Arbitration on Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Claims Act, as well as best practices to address discrimination at work.
